<p>PURPOSE:To simplify a transfer machine and carry out the transfer operation for materials between the loading board of the machine and a working floor in reasonable ways by installing a supporting board on a slide frame and connecting the supporting boards of both the pushing-out devices by a beam. CONSTITUTION:When a beam supporting board 40 advances, a beam 48 connected with the beam supporting board 40 pushes a working dolly B loaded on a loading board 11, and the working dolly B is pushed on a working floor A through a stepping plate 12 from over the loading board 11. Though, in the pushing operation for the working board B, both the pushing-out devices 20 and 20 of the transfer device 1 on the loading board 11 operate in synchronization, if the load applied through the beam 4e is not equal and the advance speed of the beam supporting board 40 of the pushing-out device 20 for the larger load decreases, the pushing out operation for the working dolly B can be carried out free from the prizing action in the connection part between the beam 48 and the beam supporting boards 40 and 40, by the universal joint function due to the connection with a connecting pin installed on a bearing piece which is installed in laterally shiftable manner.</p> |
