PURPOSE:To increase welding strength and to stabilize the welding strength by making a gearlike 1st electrode abutting on the outer periphery of a corrugated plate and a disklike 2nd electrode abutting on the outer periphery of a flat plate to a sandwiching structure with metal and insulator. CONSTITUTION:At least the 1st electrode 1 between the gearlike 1st electrode 1 and the disklike 2nd electrode 2 is formed into a structure wherein the metal 13 and the insulator 14 are superimposed. The metallic corrugated plate 3 and the flat plate 4 are superimposed and they are wound many times around a winding shafty 6. The 1st electrode 1 abutting on the outer periphery of the wound corrugated plate 3 and the electrode 2 abutting on the peripheral of the wound flat plate 4 are arranged face to face welding lines of each electrode 1, 2 are deviated and arranged so that they are not overlapped on each other. |
