The invention relates to a simple tubular container for dispensing liquids such as liquid medicine, ointment and perfume, including a tube body, a plug and an absorbent material. On one end of the tubular container there is an opening closed by the plug and disposed with the absorbent material, and the other end of the tubular container is provided with an easy-breaking part or a closed aperture. The liquid is forced out of the tubular container to the absorbent material by the action of the atmospheric pressure, the capillary and the gravity, when the easy-breaking part is cut off or the said aperture is opened, and then ready for use.
