Lamp esp cordless type for emergency lighting when mains fails

A lamp, especially for mains failure or emergency illumination, with at least one fluorescent or halogen lamp plus a reflector (1) and a transparent light scatter cover is driven from low voltage. Between the lamp-carrying handle and the battery housing (2) is the reflector with integrated electronics. A notch lies in the carrying handle which serves for accommodating the lamp on a holder. The lamp engages with (other) notches in the carrying handle and thereby makes mechanical and electrical contact with the lamp-holder. The housing of the power supply for the lamp is separated spatially from the carrying handle and the reflector. It is mechanically connected by a U-shaped frame.
