Light quantum drive motor for space travel

The device consists of numerous microcells of thin light- weight solid material. It has a glass vacuum container, with light-absorbent metal plates, pref. of alkali metals, black on one side and white or mirrored on the back. It works acc. to the Hallwachs effect, e.g. light radiation applied to metal releases electrons. The walls of the cells are negative charged or recharged, resulting in additional acceleration of the photo electrons. The cells are connected to form a drive motor. The exit energy of the electrons is reduced by centrifugal energy, the electron mass is accelerated, so that a much larger recoil in the electron generator is created, dependant upon the angular speed of the rotor.
