The circuit-breaker lower part, on which are secured contact springs and a rope coupler and which comprises an axial holder for rotatable fastening of a swivel socket (5). The latter supports a contact blade for engaging the contact springs, a spark catch, and a rope coupler via a rod insulator. The swivel socket has a bearing holder (36) with at least one needle sleeve (8). Sealed to outside by at least one annular seal (11), while the lower part axial holder has bores, retaining an axis (7) passing through the needle sleeve. Thus the lateral fixing of the axis is carried out by clamping pins which can be secured by lateral cams of the axial holder.
