A device for fastening a panel-like structural part (1) on a wall (9) or the like comprises at least two bases (2), to be fastened on the wall, having first threaded parts (3) projecting from said bases and securing parts (4) which are assigned to the first threaded parts and have second threaded parts (5) which project from the securing parts and can be screwed to in each case one of the first threaded parts (3). The securing parts (4) comprise sliding blocks (22) which preferably have a length which is greater than their width.
