PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently stir and burn a used active carbon through a stable operation to produce a retreated active carbon in a reactivation step and ensure the improvement of operating safety and efficiency and further, prevent atmospheric pollution. SOLUTION: A rotary shaft 2 is extended through a cylindrical drum 1 fixed to a rest from the rear face of the drum 1, then thereby an arm is stretched from the rotary shaft 2 and stirring blades 3, 3a are fastened to the tip part of the arm. In addition, the rotary shaft 2 is retained by two bearing and the stirring blades 3, 3a are rotated by causing the end part of the rotary shaft 2 to rotate with the help of a drive motor 4. Further, the drum 1 has a burner 6 installed and a charge inlet operated ON/OFF by an aperture lid 18 and further, an opening part, on the lower face of the drum 1, which is operated ON/OFF by drawing/introducing a partition 21. Besides, a recovery receiving box 5 is provided, in a freely drawable manner, below the drum 1. The drum 1 also has a chimney and an gas exhausting cylinder installed and the gas- exhausting cylinder has an air blower 26 mounted with a soot removing cylinder 27 fitted to the outlet part. Finally, an active carbon filter is mounted on the top parts of the chimney and the soot removing cylinder 27. |
