PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar-cell cover which is hard to contaminate. SOLUTION: In a solar-cell cover, a substantially transparent surface layer in which photocatalytic particles, a water-repellent silicone and a substance which is used to prevent the water-repellent silicone from becoming hydrophilic due to the photoexcitation of the photocatalytic particles are contained is formed on the surface of a transparent-cover base material. Alternatively, a substantially transparent layer in which photocatalytic particles and a water-repellent silicone are contained is formed on the surface of a transparent-cover base material, and a material which is used to prevent the water-repellent silicone from becoming hydrophilic due to the photoexcitation of the photocatalytic particles is fixed to at least a part on the surface of the layer. |
