PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform registering easily and simply by correcting shifts of printing positions of printing cylinders with respect to a base material sheet. SOLUTION: A thermal transfer sheet manufacturing device comprises printing cylinders 11a, 11b, 11c for printing on a base material sheet and a cylinder shaft 16 for holding the printing cylinders 11a, 11b, 11c. The printing cylinders 11a, 11b, 11c are formed of a barrel-like cylinder body 15. At a side face 15a of the cylinder body 15 or at the cylinder shaft 16, an alignment mark 20 is provided. The alignment mark 20 is detected by a detector 18. The printing positions of the printing cylinders 11a, 11b, 11c are confirmed at a control device 19 by a signal from the detector 18. When shifts of printing positions of the printing cylinders 11a, 11b, 11c occur, the shifts of the printing positions are corrected by a correction means. |
