PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of burr by conventional cutting working, cope with a complicated shape and perform mass production at low cost, regarding manufacturing of a rotary body imparting swirling force to fuel. SOLUTION: This injection valve is constituted to be provided with a valve seat 11 which is provided at one end of a hollow valve main body 9 and has an injection hole 10, a valve body 12 which is away from or nearer to the valve seat 11 and opens and closes the injection hole 10 and a rotary body 13 which surrounds the valve body 12, slidably supports the valve body 2 and imparts fluid flowing in the injection hole 10 to swirling. In this case, the rotary body 13 is manufactured by a metallic powder injection molding.
