PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a leakage and the entry of dust and connect a branched connection body securely, stably, and simply by constituting a joint metal fitting by a cylindrical sleeve nipple in which a naked piece face is provided on an inner peripheral face thereof and joining a basic end part thereof with an outer peripheral wall of a main pipe rail in the vicinity of a pressure receive seat face. SOLUTION: A cylindrical sleeve nipple 4-1 in which a naked piece face 5-1a which is screw-fitted in a male nut 5-1 assembled on a branched connection body 3 side is provided on an inner peripheral face thereof is used as a joint metal fitting. A basic end part of the sleeve nipple 4-1 is welded or brazed coaxially with a pressure receive seat face 2 on an outer peripheral wall of a main pipe rail 1 in the vicinity of the pressure receive seat face 2. A pressing seat face 3-3 of a connection head part 3-2 on the branched connection body 3 side is brought into contact and engaged with the pressure receive seat face 2 on the main pipe rail 1 side, and the male nut 5-1 which is screw-fitted in the sleeve nipple 4-1 is tightened. Consequently, it is possible to make a connection part compact and reduce its weight, eliminate positional deviation of the sleeve nipple 4-1 completely, prevent a leakage due to its loosening and the entry of dust for a long time, and connect it simply, securely, and stably. |
