PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a multicolored fine pattern with high accuracy and good workability while eliminating differences in the surface level by laminating a black photosensitive resin layer in such a manner that the resin layer faces a transparent substrate and forms a space between uncolored patterns and then transferring the black photosensitive resin layer to the space between the uncolored patterns. SOLUTION: A black photosensitive layer 2 is formed to produce a space between uncolored patterns 3. Namely, the black photosensitive resin layer 2 is laminated in contact with the surface of the uncolored patterns 3 so that the resin layer 2 does not intrude between the uncolored patterns 3. Then the black photosensitive resin layer 2 is transferred to the space 5 between the uncolored patterns 3 by peeling a base film 1 and heating. The black photosensitive resin layer 2 deposited on the space between the uncolored patterns 3 is exchanged with the space 5 between the uncolored patterns 3 and mounted on the surface of a transparent substrate 4. Thus, by peeling the base film 1 and removing unexposed part by developing, a black matrix substrate having a flat surface is obtd. |
