PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contrive to prevent the lowering of productivity and loss from developing even in small lot production, in manufacturing an embossed decorative sheet using olefin-based elastomer resin. SOLUTION: In order to manufacture this decorative sheet, a printed sheet is formed by providing a printing ink layer 2 on a base material sheet made of olefin-based thermoplastic elstomer. After that, a transparent olefin-based thermoplastic elastomer resin layer, which is made of two or more layers and the pasting side layer of which is made of easily bondable resin, is extruded under melted state from a multi-layer extruder onto the printed surface of the printed sheet for lamination in order to form a top sheet 3. After that, the top sheet 3 is subjected off-line to a thermal embossing work. |
