<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high performance variable capacitor having stable capacity by connecting the bottom side of a rotor pressing part having a size of the diameter of a driver shaft with a rotor electrode through conductive adhesive. SOLUTION: At the time of connecting a rotor electrode 3 with a driver shaft 6, a force which pulls the rotor 4 upward due to heat thermal contraction of a solder (conductive adhesive) 7 is brought closer to the center of the rotor 4, by connecting the bottom side of a rotor pressing part, namely, the part inner than the outer circumference edge of the rotor, with the rotor electrode 3. Therefore, the moment becomes small, and as a result, upward warpage of the outer circumference of the rotor 4 is suppressed. Furthermore, the rotor 4 and the driver shaft 6 are connected in a through hole provided in a washer 5. Therefore, even when the rotor 4 is pulled upward by thermal contraction of the solder 7, since the outer circumference of the washer 5 exists on the outer part of the rotor 4, upward warping force of the outer circumference of the rotor 4 can be further suppressed, and the capacity of a variable capacity is stabilized.</p> |
