摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To readily detect a magnetic flux even when a probing face of a receiver opposed to a wiring path is shifted in parallel to the wiring path. SOLUTION: A probing face 3 is provided to a tip of a body 2 of a receiver 1. A first and a second probing coils L1 , L2 are provided in the vicinity of the probing face 3 in the inner section of the body 2 such that they are in parallel to the probing face 3 and are disposed in crossing directions (roughly perpendicular to each other). As a result, even when the probing face 3 of the receiver 1 is shifted in the parallel direction with respect to a wiring path, for example, there is not a magnetic flux crossing with the first probing coil L1 , it crosses with the second coil L2 so that it is possible to detect the magnetic flux by the second probing coil L2 . As a result, it is possible to readily detect the magnetic flux even when the probing face 3 of the receiver opposed to the wiring path is shifted in parallel to the wiring path.</p>
