PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the power of a unit or a unit group on a site-side from a center-side by providing a center-side power management unit managing the power of the unit or the unit group on the site-side for a center-side device and providing a system having a site-side power control unit controlling the power of the plural units or the unit group on the site-side for a site-side device. SOLUTION: The center-side device 1, the site-side device 2 which is at a remote place and uses the system having the plural units or the unit group, a line 31 and a power control line 32 are provided. Then, an SVP 17 receives the instruction of a CPU 11 on the center-side device 1 and operates the site-side power management unit 18. Then, an instruction is given to the site-side power control unit 26 of the site-side device 2 through the Power control line 32 and the power of the unit or the unit group on the site-side is usually and time- sequentially turned on or off. When a power failure occurs on the site-side, it is reported through the power control line 32 and the instruction is received from the center-side device 1. |
