<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To speedily wash by moving to a necessary place and as to perform a necessary treatment such as waste water treatment by providing such a device that is stationarily mounted on a traverable car body, and washes and dries an electrode used in an electric dust collector. SOLUTION: A device 3 for washing an electrode A is mounted on a rear body of a truck 2. In this device 3, first of all, a control panel 9 runs into operation, and then electrode A is lifted up by a mobile part 12 of a conveying part 5, shifting onto a chemical washing tank 6, and dust stuck to the electrode A are removed. Next, it is shifted to a water tank 7 and dipped in the inner part for washing by water. Subsequently, it is shifted to a drier part 8 in which it is dried up by hot air blown. The electrode A finished with washing and drying is restored in the electric dust collector, and thus operations are all over. After the washing work is finished, treated liquid is transferred o a drainage tank 35, and those of neutralization and waste water treatment are carried out. With this, the efficiency of washing operations for the electrode neatly improve, and thus the environment is preserved.</p> |
