PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable washer of a freely extensible type for smoothly operate extension or contraction. SOLUTION: This washer is provided with a tank for storing a liquid for washing 2 in extensibly slidable contact with the outer peripheral wall of a main body 1 incorporating a pump means 3. The shape of extending, this tank 2 with respect to the main body 1 is made a using state and the shape of contracting the tank 2 is made a portable state. The washer is provided with an air suction valve 12 for taking air into the tank 2 in the portable state and an air vent valve 14 for exhausting air from the tank 2 in the using state.
