<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recover a filter and assure the durability of the filter by burning and removing a particulate with a high reproduction efficiency while restraining the increase of the particulate combustion temperature without using a temperature sensor, on the reproduction device of the filter for gathering the particulate in an exhaust gas. SOLUTION: In this device, a control means 79 estimates the temperature of a particulate induced and heated in the reproduction based on the detected micro wave strength of a micro wave strength detection means 67 obtained during the operation of a micro wave supply means 59 and an air supply means 72 and controls the micro wave supply means 59 and the air supply means 72 based on the estimated temperature. Thereby, the particulate gathered to the filter is burned and removed safely and efficiently and the durability of the filter 54 can be assured.</p> |
