<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contrive to protect an environment by recycling a separate recovered material in a cement compounding process by a method wherein a discharged sludge containing cement is selectively separated into the recovering material containing plenty of cement content and a portion other than the recovering material. SOLUTION: A particle portion, which substantially contains a plenty of a cement content in a discharge sludge or contains 90% or more of particles having the range of the particle diameter of 10-100μm, is selectively separated and recovered by utilizing centrifugal force with a cyclone so as to recyclingly use the recovered material in a cement compounding process. In addition, a portion containing a plenty of water other than the recovered material is coagulated and dewatered so as to solid-liquid separate into a body and a separated water in order to recycle the separated water. In order to selectively classify a particulate portion mainly containing particles having the specified range of the particle diameter of 10-100μm from the discharged sludge, a liquid cyclone is the most effective from the view point of classifying accuracy, disposal capacity, easiness of maintenance control and economical efficiency.</p> |
