PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a GPS satellite plotting device which can plot a GPS satellite even when data's missing or abnormality occurs. SOLUTION: The plotting device comprises ground stations S1-S4 which, with its own position known, measure a pseudo distance data and carrier wave phase data of GPS satellites G1-G4 from the navigation message sent from the GPS satellites G1-G4, and a master station which, based on the pseudo distance data and carrier wave phase data measured with the ground stations S1-S4, estimates position and sped of the GPS satellites G1-G4, clock error, and the clock error of ground stations S1-S4 by utilizing a filter estimation method based on variation principle. |
