PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust the relative attaching position of an optical head with respect to a magnetic head at the time of assembling them with high accuracy and easily in a disk device performing the servo control of the magnetic head by using the optical head with respect to a magnetic disk having an optical track and a magnetic track. SOLUTION: Scratches 8, 9 locally generating changes in reproducing signals at reproducing states of respective signals are formed over a magnetic signal 2 for adjusting the magnetic head position of a position adjustment disk and a stitch 3 to which an optical head follows up. The relatively positional relation of the scratches 8, 9 is separated by distances of x (μm) with respect to a radial direction and of y (μm) with respect to a tangential direction and is equivalent to the relative position between a magnetic head 4 to be adjusted and a light spot 6 to be irradiated by the optical head.
