PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need for another installation of a power circuit in a system by a method wherein there is provided with an external terminal which can input a power source directly from outside to a power line after a voltage conversion is made by a voltage conversion circuit integrated inside an integrated circuit device and can output a voltage from the integrated voltage conversion circuit to outside. SOLUTION: When an inner power source voltage 7 is directly supplied from outside to an inner logic 5, an input can be made from a power source terminal 2. At this point, if a potential difference between a power source terminal 1 and a source terminal 2 is caused, a current flows through NDMOS's. Then, the power terminal 1 is connected to the power source terminal 2, and a voltage is supplied from outside. Further, when an innely dropped power source voltage is supplied, a power is supplied from the power source terminal 1 and the power source terminal 2 is in an open state. Like this, a specification of obtaining an inner power source voltage 7 from a voltage conversion circuit 4 is held, and then a terminal capable of being input and output is provided, whereby an actual operating voltage of LSI's can be controlled directly from outside the LSI's.
