<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive coordinate input device eliminating the need of an insulation film, eliminating the generation of pin holes and disconnection, and eliminating defective products by that, by providing a cut groove to an ITO film and a transparent substrate between a pull-out electrode part and an operation area or between the pull-out electrode part and an electrode. SOLUTION: The ITO film 3 is formed on one entire surface of the transparent substrate 2, the electrodes 4 and 5 are parallelly formed on the ITO film 3 with an interval and the operation area 6 is formed between the electrode 4 and the electrode 5. The pull-out electrode part 7 is pulled out from one electrode 4 and formed on the ITO film 3 at the side part of the operation area 6 at a position shifted from the operation area 6. The pull-out electrode part 8 is pulled out from the other electrode 5 and formed on the ITO film 3 at the position near the pull-out electrode part 7. Then, the cut groove 9 from the ITO film 3 to the transparent substrate 2 is continuously formed between the pull-out electrode part 7 and the operation area 6 and between the pull-out electrode part 7 and the pull-out electrode part 8.</p> |
