DEMOLISHING SEPARATION METHOD FOR WASTE CONCRETE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To separate and recover an aggregate to be used as a regenerated aggregate from a waste concrete. SOLUTION: Crushed pieces 10 after crushing coarsely a waste concrete 9 are further crushed while applying the vibration by a vibration type jaw crusher 3 to separate an aggregate 25 from a cement hydrate 26. A mixture of the separated aggregate 25 with the cement hydrate 26 is screened into large and small grain particles by a separator 4, and then dry gravity separated by two vibration separators 5 and 6, and the aggregate 25 and the cement hydrate 26 are recovered separately.
