PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To experience the insertion training of a colon endoscope by the form of the colon of various patients and to improve the insertion technique by providing a means for charging the form of a large intestine model and reproducing the plural kinds of the states of the patients. SOLUTION: The rectum part 4 of the colon model 3 is fixed on a rectropexy plate 15 and a descending colon part 6 and a splenic flexure part 7 are fixed on a planar position adjustment plate 16. Also, a liver flexure part 9, an ascending colon part 10 and a cecum part 11 are fixed on the planar position adjustment plate 18. At the right end part of an attaching plate 2, plural screw holes 19a for adjusting the attaching position of the position adjustment plate 16 in a vertical direction and the plural screw holes 19 for adjusting it in a horizontal direction are arranged side by side. Also, at a left end part, the plural screw holes 19c for adjusting the attaching position of the position adjustment plate 18 in the vertical direction and the plural screw holes 19d for adjusting it in the horizontal direction are arranged side by side. That is, since the attaching positions of the position adjustment plates 16 and 18 are made adjustable, the form of the colon model 3 is arbitrarily changed so as to reproduce the state of the colon of a desired patient.
