摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for an automatic transmission capable of corresponding to both cases of where traction control of an engine is carried out, and of where it is not carried out which are demanded different shift control. SOLUTION: In a control unit 40 arranged on a traction control device, a pulse signal A is outputted to a control unit 30 arranged on an engine- transmission side, and a target torque down rate is commanded. In an ECU 30, a fuel injection valve 12 and an ignition plug 13 are controlled on the basis of the command signal A by a control carrying-out part 30c. In the ECU 30, it is judged by a judging unit 30 received a pulse signal therein whether the signal A is a normal traction control signal or not, a shift map is changed to that of traction control executing time by a map changing unit 30f when the traction control signal is normal, and when the traction control signal is not normal, the shift map is changed to that of no traction control execution and a target shift stage is decided on the basis of either map thereof.
