SOLUTION: It is judged whether an active engine mount 1 is in a normal condition or not on the basis of a remaining vibration signal eL when the active engine mount 1 is driven in a condition in which an engine is stopped. When an abnormal condition is judged, it is judged that its cause is the active engine mount 1. When a normal condition is judged, it is judged whether a power unit 30 is in a normal condition or not on the basis of the remaining vibration signal eL in a condition in which the engine is driven and but the active engine mount 1 is stopped. When an abnormal condition is judged, it is judged that its cause is the power unit 30. When a normal condition is judged, it is judged whether a car body 35 and the like are in a normal condition or not, on the basis of a remaining vibration signal eA in a condition in which the engine is driven and but the active engine mount 1 is stopped.
