PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable low temp. baking by mixing a granular electromechanical transducing material preliminarily granulated so as to have a desired particle size with sol and gel-like metal alkoide. SOLUTION: An electromechanical transducing material is primarily baked to obtain single crystals of the granular electromechanical transducing material and, after the single crystals are ground, one kind of a metal alkoxide compd. is dispersed in a gelled solvent or a plurality of metal alkoxide compds. are mixed to be dispersed therein and a sol and gel mixture containing a granular piezoelectric material is dehydrated and dried and an org. binder is added to this mixture to adjust the viscosity thereof to adjust the mixture to proper viscosity. This mixture is molded into an objective shape by using a screen printing method or a green sheet method and this molded mixture is sintered at 300-900 deg.C (baked at low temp) to obtain an electromechanical transducing element.
