PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the leakage of a photodiode, to reduce the number of short circuits between a common electrode and a conductive layer under it and to protect the propagation of moisture inside a layer in a radiation image pickup device which contains the common electrode located on a plurality of photodiode islands. SOLUTION: A radiation image pickup device is provided with photodiode passivation layers 22 which are arranged between adjacent photodiodes 1,2 112, 212, 312, 412 and which are arranged on at least a part of the adjacent photodiodes 12, 112, 212, 312, 412 and which a plurality of polymer bridge members 24 which are arranged on the photodiode passivation layers 22 and which are situated under common electrodes which are extended between the adjacent photodiodes 12, 112, 212, 312, 412. |
