PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate electric power by utilizing wind which occurs when a vehicle runs so as to ensure sufficient electric power. SOLUTION: A wind-power generating device 2, which takes in wind to generate electric power, is provided on the roof of a vehicle 1. A battery 3 and a controlling device 4 which controls the wind-power generating device 2 are also provided inside the vehicle 1. This structure enables the wind-power generating device 2 to take in wind for generating electric power, when the vehicle 1 runs. Electric power generated this way is enabled to be stored in the battery 3. |
