PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the engagement/separation operability with a handle. SOLUTION: When a handle 31 is slid to an engagement part 36 side while throwing down during fitting, lever operation is provided with an engagement point between the engagement part 36 and a fitting accepting part 38 as a supporting point. When the handle 31 is slid to an operation part 34 side and then raised during separation time, lever operation is provided with an engagement point between the engagement part 36 and a removal accepting part 39 as a supporting point. In this way, a movable electrode 24 can be easily fitted and removed with small operating force. As a distance between the supporting point and an operating point (a turning center axis 33) is longer during fitting, operating force on the fitting accepting part 38 is reduced. As a distance between the supporting point and the operating point is shorter during the separation, small operating force is required. |
