PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance manufacturing efficiency, reduce the thickness of an adhesive resin layer and suppress peeling-off by allowing one side of a front panel to abut against one side having a greater thickness of the adhesive resin layer which is applied to a flat panel in such a manner that one side becomes thicker with inclination of the flat panel in the state in which the front panel is inclined with respect to the flat panel, followed by overlapping with each other, and by hardening the resin layer. SOLUTION: A reinforcing band 10 slightly projecting from a flat panel face 22 can prevent an adhesive resin 13 from flowing out and facilitate positioning of a front panel 8. The adhesive resin 13 having a predetermined viscosity is applied, with movement of nozzles, to the inclined flat panel face 22 of a bulb 11 placed on support mounts 52a, 52b which are different in height from a horizontal level 50. The thickness of the adhesive resin 13 is different on both short sides. After being left for a short time, the front panel 8 inclined at an angleαof 10-20 deg. with respect to the flat panel face 22 abuts on one side 8e thereof against the other side having a greater thickness of the adhesive resin 13, and then, gradually falls by pressing, so that the adhesive resin 13 is hardened by an ultraviolet ray. With this constitution, bubbles is difficult to be generated.
