摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously stabilize a steam flow rate and a pressure by performing double controller control combining a circuit for performing correction based on pressure deviation between an actual main steam pressure supplied to a steam turbine and the set value of the main steam pressure. SOLUTION: Pressure deviation (PS to PI) between a main steam pressure PI supplied to a steam turbine and the target set value PS of a main steam pressure is calculated by an adder/subtracter 10, the pressure deviation (PS to PI) is fed to a main steam pressure controller PI, the main steam pressure controller PI performs proportional integral control for the pressure deviation (PS to PI) and feeds a PI control signalδ1 to an adder/subtracter 15 and an adder 16. Then, the adder 16 calculates the valve opening degree corresponding to (δ1 +δ2 ) obtained by adding together the PI control signalδ1 and a fluctuation load setting command valueδ2 (δ1 +δ2 ) by a valve opening/flow characteristic function calculator FX2 , and then controls a governor valve 5 based on its command signalα.
