PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aseptic starter inoculator for inoculating a preculture tank or pre-preculture tank of a large-sized liquid fermentation tank for which a high degree of aseptic property is requested with a flask culture medium. SOLUTION: This aseptic starter inoculator includes an addition vessel 9 for housing the starter, a cruciform pipe which sterilizes a piping connected to this addition vessel 9 by a joint and is used to transfer the starter to the culture tank and a connecting pipe which connects this cruciform pipe to the culture tank. The inoculator described above inoculates the culture tank with the starter from a seed flask. An air microbe elimination filter 10 is included in the addition vessel 9 and flexible tubes 6, 7, 14 are used for the connecting pipe.
