PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powdery particle laminate shaping method capable of enhancing the shape accuracy of the peripheral edge of a solidified layer, in its turn, a three-dimensional shaped article even when a spot diameter of laser beam is set rather largely, while is advantageous in suppression of the overheating of a sprinkled layer and enhancement of productivity, and an apparatus therefor. SOLUTION: Powdery particles having properties solidified by the irradiation with laser beam are used to be sprinkled along an X-direction and a Y-direction to form a sprinkled layer 55 which is, in turn, irradiated with laser beam to form a solidified layer 55A to obtain a three-dimensional shaped article. At a time of irradiation, laser beam vibrated in the X-direction by an X rotary mirror 21 in such a state that the sprinkled layer 55 is covered with a mask 12 is moved in the Y-direction by a Y rotary mirror 24. By this constitution, the laser beam irradiates the sprinkled layer 55 through the mask by scanning irradiation so as to draw a continuous wavy irradiation locus. |
