PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exactly receive a service by preparing print order information by considering the content of a service to be offered by a photo studio or a laboratory to which print is requested at the time of operating the print order of a photographic picture by preparing print order information constituted of electronic data in a prescribed specification to be processed by a prescribed photo finishing system. SOLUTION: The picture data of a photographic picture obtained by reading a developed film are recorded in a recording medium 2a with print service information 14 related with a print service, the print service information 14 recorded in the recording medium is displayed on an order screen 12 with the picture data by a print order information preparing processing 17 of the picture data, and print order information 16 for requesting a print service related with the picture data is prepared by using the displayed print service information 14.
