PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise the temperature of whole resin of an insulation layer uniformly, and implement bridging in a short period of time by furnishing a heater on the cylinder outer circumference through which a power cable is passed, and coating a substance that emits heat as a far infrared ray. SOLUTION: A power cable 1 is held on both the ends of a cylinder 4 in order to be passed therethrough along the axial direction within the cylinder 4. The cylinder 4 is heated by a heater provided at its outer circumference, and a substance, e.g. Cu oxide is coated on the interior surface of the cylinder heated by the heater 5, which emits heat transmitted to the cylinder 4 as a far infrared ray. As such, heat transmitted to the cylinder 4 travels to the power cable 1 from an infrared ray as a far infrared ray. Since a far infrared ray had larger heat conversion, the emissivity of an infrared ray can be enhanced by treating the inside surface of the cylinder 4 with a substance 6. |
