PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject woven fabric soft in touch, by drawing a polyurethane elastic yarn, winding the polyester elastic yarn with a specific polyester differently shrinkable combined filament yarn in a prescribed twist coefficient range to give a covering yarn and using the covering yarn as warps and a weft for a woven fabric. SOLUTION: A polyurethane elastic yarn having 10-100 denier is drawn at 2-4 times draw ratio and is wound with a polyester differently shrinkable combined filament yarn obtained by blending two kinds of polyester multifilament yarns in which difference (ΔSHW) in shrinkage percentage in boiling water of the polyester multifilament yarns is 5-30% and a dry heat shrinkage percentage SHD (L) of the yarn at a lower shrinkage side at 160 deg.C dry heat is -15 to 0% in a covering twist coefficient K=T×D<1/2> [K is 3,000-2,2000I; T is a covering twist coefficient (times/m) of the polyester differently shrinkable mixed combined yarn; D is fineness (Den.) to give a covering yarn. The covering yarn is used at least a part for warps and/or a weft of a woven fabric to give the objective woven fabric.
