<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cut a guide part simply in such a manner that cutting allowance does not protrude from a flange surface upon completion of driving a fixing metal by providing a groove in a root part of the guide part and a flange part. SOLUTION: A groove part 34 is provided in a root part of a guide part 32 and a flange part 31. This groove part 34 is formed in such a manner that it is positioned on more inner side than a face H of the flange part 31 and its cross section is in a U-shape toward a central side of the guide part 32. As a result, a connection part 36 is narrow and small and is positioned on inner side of the face H of the flange part 31. When the guide part 32 is cut by an ultrasonic horn from the flange part 31 upon completion of driving a nail part 30, the connection part 36 of the guide part 32 and the flange part 31 which is narrow and small can be cut easily because ultrasonic energy is concentrated in this connection part 36. Moreover, since the connection part 36 is positioned on more inner side than the face H of the flange part 31, cutting allowance does not protrude to the outside the face H of the flange part 31.</p> |
