<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage controlled oscillator capable of being miniaturized and made light in weight and improving the Q of a resonator. SOLUTION: By the lamination structure of a dielectric and a conductor, a laminated body main body 1 with built-in passive elements such as capacitors 4 and 5 or the like inside is constituted. A ground electrode 2 is provided on or near the back surface of the laminated body main body 1. On the surface of the laminated body main body 1, a microstrip line 3 for constituting the resonator by combination with the ground electrode 2 is formed. On the laminated body main body 1, a protective layer 6 composed of an insulation body for covering the microstrip line 3 is formed. A wiring pattern 7 is formed on the protective layer 6 and electronic parts for constituting this voltage controlled oscillator along with the resonator and the passive elements are mounted on the protective layer 6.</p> |
