PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of components required for applying surface pressure so as to simplify an assembling process by containing a stacked cell body in a stack vessel equipped with a screw portion, and tightening a lid body equipped with pressing portion and a screw portion. SOLUTION: A stacked cell body 1 formed by stacking plural unit cells is contained in a stack vessel 2, a lid body 3 having a pressing portion 4 on a bottom portion and a screw portion 5 on a side face portion is screwed screw- like into the stack vessel 2 having a counter-screw portion 6 against the screw portion 5 of the lid body 3 so that the top face of the stacked cell body 1 is pressed by the pressing portion 4 so as to apply surface pressure to between the unit cells. By adjusting the tightening amount of the lid body 3, the surface pressure applied between the unit cells is adjusted. A seal material is provided between the stack vessel 2 and the lid body 3 so as to shut out fluid passing. |
