PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network mutual diagnostic system where a plurality of terminal equipments mutually diagnose a transmission line and a reception line and the system operation is continued through only the reception line when a fault is detected in the transmission line. SOLUTION: The network mutual diagnostic system is provided with a 1st control means by which a plurality of terminal equipments connecting to a network mutually diagnose states of a transmission line 16 and a reception line 17 and with a 2nd control means by which the transmission line is disconnected to operate the system at the detection of a fault of the transmission line. Thus, a plurality of the terminal equipments diagnose the transmission line 16 and the reception line 17 mutually and the transmission line 16 is disconnected when a fault is detected in the transmission line 16 and the system operation is continued only with the reception line 17 to reduce the system-down for all stations. |
