PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a such a laminated body that can be calcined with Ag or Cu at one time, that has high dielectric const. and Q-value and rather small temp. coefft. of the resonance frequency, and that diffusion of an electrode material into the dielectric porcelain can be suppressed to the min. SOLUTION: This laminated body consists of a plurality of dielectric porcelain layers and an inner conductor essentially comprising silver or copper between the dielectric porcelain layers. The diffused amt. of silver of copper which constitutes the inner conductor in the dielectric porcelain layers is <=0.5wt.%. It is preferably that the dielectric porcelain layers contain the main component expressed by aMgO∼bCaO.cTiO2 [wherein (a), (b) and (c) satisfy 25<=a<=35, 0.3<=b<=7, 60<=c<=70, respectively and a+b+c+100; and it is preferably to include 3 to 2 pts.wt. of a boron-contg. compd. in terms of B2 O3 , 1 to 10 pts.wt. of a lithium-contg. compd. in Li2 O3 , and 5 to 12 pts.wt. of a Mn- contg. compd. is MnCO3 to 100 pts.wt. of the main component. |
