PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture s living tissue substitute material whose living afficiently and mechanical strength are improved in a short time without any use of a manufacturing device by pressurizing and molding crystallized glass material under the temperature of its melting point or less using viscous flow phenomenon. SOLUTION: For example, CaCO3 , SiO2 , and MgO are measured respectively and mixed by a vibration mill. The mixture is heated in a platinum crucible so as to be made into molten glass. This is poured into a dental burial material, cooled, and annealed to obtain a glass material. This glass material is heated to nucleation temperature using an electric furnace so as to be nucleated. The dental burial material is used as a pressurization die and a force piston, and the truncated cone glass material is put therein, heated at the glass material melting temperature of less in the split mold electric furnace, and pressurized and molded to obtain a living tissue substitute material. This constitution can provide the living tissue substitute material having high tissue affinity and mechanical strength without ant use of a manufacturing device. |
