SOLUTION: Provided are a vibration detector 2 placed on the legs 11 and neck 12 of an animal for detecting and counting the each vibration and outputting the cumulative count values at every specific time, a count data memory 31 storing the count data in time sequence and an analysis means 6 analyzing the count data in walking and eating. With the amount of walking and eating, the health state of pastured animals is managed. |
