PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic cooker which is of a comparatively simpler construction and outstanding electrical insulation properties, rice cooking performance and heat retaining properties. SOLUTION: This electromagnetic cooker is constituted of a cooker body 6, an outer pot 20 fitted internally in the cooker body 6, an inner pot 1 provided, in a freely detachable manner, in the outer pot 20, a lid body 12 covering, in a freely closable manner, the cooker body 6, and an inner lid 1 fitted to the lid body 12, a bottom heating coil 8 which is arranged at the bottom of the outer peripheral part of the outer pot 20 and performs the induction heating of the inner pot 1 from the bottom and a lateral face heating coil 9a which is arranged on the lateral face part of the outer pot 20 and performs the induction heating of the inner pot 1 from the lateral face part. In addition, the storage part of the inner pot 1 and a shoulder member 4 for connecting the storage part to the cooker body 6 are integrally formed with the outer pot 20, using a nonmetal material. Further, a lateral face upper heating coil 23 is provided which is arranged on the lateral face upper end of the outer pot 20 and heats the outer peripheral part of the inner pot 1. |
