FIELD: devices for preparation of solutions. SUBSTANCE: plant has vessel with open top. Mixer is made in the form of section with metal rods and rubber hoses fitted on rods which have longitudinal channels, while rubber hoses have slots overlapping the channels. Slots and channels are made in one plane in direction to vessel bottom. Mixer is made with a gap to vessel bottom to provide for serviceability. Getting of mixture to rod channels is excluded due to the fact that with supply of compressed air discontinued, slots in rubber hoses are quickly close up. During mixing, solution may be freely used.
