SUBSTANCE: machine tool includes winding apparatus 5 for winding strip of belt-like material N onto rod 1 and for continuously moving formed tube; cutting apparatus 33 provided with rotary cutting means subjected to reciprocation horizontal motion along tube motion direction for cutting tube being moved by predetermined lengths. Cutting apparatus 33 is joined with units 97,101 for driving rotary cutting members due to subjecting them to rotation motion converted from reciprocation horizontal motion.
